Swedish Massage
As the most popular form of bodywork performed today, Swedish Massage uses total body relaxation as it’s primary goal. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction that the blood flow as it returns to the heart. The Therapist uses their hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to facilitate relaxation as well as to improve physical and mental health. Active or passive movement of the joints may also be part of the massage. If you’re looking to de-stress and relax, this is the massage for you!
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a specific type of massage therapy that mainly focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. The benefits of Deep Tissue Massage include releasing chronic muscle tension, lowering muscle spasms, treating anxiety, reducing arthritis symptoms, lowering blood pressure and improving recovery from injuries or a rigorous workout.

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle form of massage used to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphedema. Lymphatic drainage has been known to improve circulation and reduce swelling. While the heart continuously pumps blood through the blood vessels, the lymphatic system relies on the movement of smooth muscles to transport fluid through the lymph vessels. This technique can help with healing after surgery, as it regenerates tissues to reduce scarring at surgical incision sites.

Medical massage involves a thorough assessment/evaluation before treatment and combines different styles and techniques within the scope of the practitioner to yield specific outcomes.
Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic massage is a therapy that is self-appointed by the client. It is outcome-based massage, where the massage therapist applies a specific treatment targeted to client specified ailments/problems. Orthopedic massage involves a thorough assessment/evaluation before treatment and combines different styles and techniques within the scope of the practitioner to yield specific outcomes. A total of 90 minutes is required for first time assessment and treatment.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure disease, millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cancer treatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS, and sinusitis.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping is for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Aroma Therapy
Sometimes called essential oil therapy, aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health. Aromatherapy is meant to be a complementary therapy. It’s not meant to replace any doctor-approved treatment plan.
CBD Infused Oil/Cream
CBD is short for cannabidiol. Topical CBD products can help address pain or inflammation that’s at a specific area of your body, such as on the joints. The product won’t enter the bloodstream. So a topical CBD product isn’t designed to address systemic problem, but it may help directly on the skin. The effect of CBD may also vary from person to person.

Using a relaxing massage chair that adjusts to fit the client comfortably, the therapist position the clients to kneel on padded leg braces, lean forward into a chest support pad and secured face cradle. Our skilled bodyworkers will then focus on the muscles of the neck, scalp, arms, hands and the upper and lower back.
